This place must hire a service that buffs up their ratings, because there's no way they're really getting 4-5 stars. For the second time in 2 weeks, I was left on hold with the service department o ratings, because there's no way they're really getting 4-5 stars. For the second time in 2 weeks, I was left on hold with the service department only to find out that they LEFT (knowing someone was on hold). The left before 6 when they supposedly close. I was on hold over 30 minutes both times. They did not call me about my car (brand new car, there for repair of a problem that shouldn't have happened) when they said they would, which is why I had to call in the first place. I later found out that the car has been ready, who knows how long. I also don't appreciate that their hold recording tells you repeatedly that you can leave a message, but in fact you cannot do so. Go to another dealer. More

No hassle sales, no nonsense pricing Having been very pleased when we used Hatfield for routine service on our 2013 Beetle, we included them when considering purchasing a new 2019 Beetle Having been very pleased when we used Hatfield for routine service on our 2013 Beetle, we included them when considering purchasing a new 2019 Beetle - the last year of production until VW reintroduces this iconic car probably in an electric version. We visited all three VW dealers in Columbus and Hatfield gave us the best trade-in on our 2013 car and the best price on a new vehicle. Not only that, they sourced the color Beetle we wanted from another dealer in Cincinnati and they had it 2 days later for us to test drive. No hassle, transparent sales talk, prompt follow up and proven service support - what more would you want in dealer? Maybe a VW cap? More

The moment I submitted an online inquiry I had fast, detailed and accurate information without being bombarded by calls or pushed into a sales transaction. I was waiting for a car to be brought onto the lot and Glen was always great at keeping me updated and informed. He is also very personable and friendly which made my experience even more memorable.
