Excellent experience. I knew what I wanted and coordinated my visit via the website. My salesperson had the vehicle I wanted to see waiting for me. Took it for a test driv I knew what I wanted and coordinated my visit via the website. My salesperson had the vehicle I wanted to see waiting for me. Took it for a test drive, came back, got straight down to business. He quickly got me to where I wanted to be and didn't waste my time trying to upsell me on things I wasn't interested in. The finance manager tried the typical upsell but realized I wasn't interested and quickly moved on to finalizing the deal. The entire deal from start to finish was very smooth. More

While we didn’t expect to spend the WHOLE Memorial Day afternoon there, it was a really good day. Our overall experience was very pleasant despite the obvious hustle and bustle there. The day was a lot busier than they expected to be so they were a little short handed. But that didn’t cause the staff who were there to be anything less than kind, courteous, accommodating and friendly. First, Jordan was extremely helpful and generous with her time in keeping me apprised of the availability of the car I had my eye on four days before I was able to visit the showroom. When we arrived we were introduced to our wonderful salesman, Chris, who was just the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. So friendly, helpful, and also very generous with his time and efforts to assure we were taken care of in the best manner possible from the very beginning of the sales process to driving away with my new car. Our finance manager, Derek, was also the best we’ve ever worked with too. Extremely friendly, helpful and thorough, making sure we had a full understanding of what we were getting into and signing. He explained all of the details, options and policies perfectly. All of them were so very nice. Even the peopke we didn’t work with. These are the kinds of people I would always want to keep in mind throughout my Volkswagen driving days. People we can rely on and trust for the best service possible. So, from my husband and I, we say “Thank you very much!” again for taking such excellent care of us during our visit there. More
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Germain VW in Columbus. We traveled all the way from Cincinnati after thorough discussions and even a FaceTime inspection on a Used Atlas with Jacob. Once we arrived we found hail damage on the car, which was never disclosed. The GM Adam & Sales Manager Derek refused to fairly negotiate or even acknowledge their mistake. They stated “they would rather whole sale the vehicle and get their money back then to reduce the price or repair the damage.” Their poor customer service and lack of compassion is something we’ve never experienced for. We left feeling misled and frustrated that they wasted our time. More
