He was friendly and professional, and made wh I had a great experience purchasing my 2012 Certified Toyota Camry through Jeff Smith, Sales Consultant. He was friendly and professional, and made what can be a stressful experience very pleasant. I should add that we arrived late in the day, and, due to lots of paperwork, stayed well past 8PM, and Jeff was patient the whole time. We also enjoyed dealing with Freddy Sturman, Finance Manager. Warranty joke This dealership puts profit before people. I bought a new battery from Germain with a 7 year warranty. The battery went bad in 3 years. I took it in t This dealership puts profit before people. I bought a new battery from Germain with a 7 year warranty. The battery went bad in 3 years. I took it in to get a replacement and after waiting an hour they wanted me to pay over $100 for a new one, and they were going to charge me for labor! What kind of warranty is that? I told them I could get a new battery and free installation with a real warranty for $127 at Advance Auto. They were not the least bit embarrassed and allowed me to go without offering to do the right thing. It's disappointing but what I've come to expect from Germain. Because of the poor service and what it reveals about this company, I'll be purchasing my next vehicle elsewhere. More
