It is difficult to trust a dealership after being mislead and lied to by our former one, but our salesman "Tyler Spence" was so patient and understanding as we researched every detail about every car dealership and SUV out there, he wasn't pushy and he was very sincere and honest, a refreshing change for us. The SUV that won us over was the RAV 4, it had everything we were looking for and rated first or second in everything we researched. It was a pleasure dealing with Marcus Veiga as he worked his finance magic!! We will recommend Germain Toyota to anyone shopping for a new car! More

We discussed what I wanted done now that my Tundra has 100,000 plus miles and then when the technician had looked it over she escorted me back to talk with him. Some things that I wanted checked were OK and there were a couple of minor issues of which I was not aware. The work was done more quickly than I expected, Now that I have moved to Naples, I'm very pleased to have discovered a truly superior Toyota dealership.
