I have to say, dealing with Peggy was a pleasure! She was so kind and friendly. In the few moments I dealt with her she treated me as if I owned a luxury vehicle. THIS is true customer service. Service Advisor Peggy Mazaras I thought my Toyota Camy just needed an oil change before I started back north. Germain found the drain plug was stripped by a previous oil change. Pe I thought my Toyota Camy just needed an oil change before I started back north. Germain found the drain plug was stripped by a previous oil change. Peggy explained options to me. We first tried the oversize drain plug, but it leaked. Peggy fit me in the next day early, got me to Enterprise Rental, and my car got fixed with a new drain pan. She put notes on the bill so my Toyota dealer up north would know that the drain plug had been installed improperly before I headed south. I wish everyone could have Peggy Mazaras as their advisor. She expedites things, gives options, and makes you doubly glad that you went to Germain for service. Five stars, Peggy! More

After the service was completed, Peggy informed me of a nail in one of my tires that couldn't be patched. Peggy ordered the tire and I returned the same day to have it installed. My wife and I are heading back to Minnesota with the confidence that my car is in top condition and ready to get us home safely. Thanks to Peggy and the entire team at Germaine Toyota. More

Car has been maintained by Toyota dealerships all its life, and I'm glad - up to today - I do that. Kudos to Richard Estes in service who brought me an additional estimate over as I waited (before they went ahead and did the work), but seriously - $540.95 for supplying and fitting two air filters, 6 spark plugs, and a licence plate bulb? Sure the plugs are irridium at $30 each (their price), but Germain guys - do you really have it so good during Snowbird season that you can push your regular year-round customers over the edge? Sorry, but I'm done with y'all, which is a great pity as in all other respects (Loyalty Program etc) you are usually fair. More
