Per usual this place is a complete mess. I pull into the bay - and others who have pulled in after me are helped before I am. I sat and waited for 30 minutes before I went up and asked when I was going to have a Service Advisor speak with me - my car didn't even get into queue until after I had been there for 40 minutes - 30 of which after my scheduled appointment time. The management at this place is clearly brain dead. GET RID OF THOSE CUBES THAT YOUR PEOPLE LOVE TO HIDE IN AND GET THEM AT PODIUM DESKS LIKE EVERY OTHER EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE DEALER OUT THERE. There is never enough seating in the waiting area, the Wifi is slow as xxxx, and the cell service for Verizon is a dead zone at this location. If you're going to suck at being efficient, at least keep your customers entertained or have the ability to work from there (this location could use some working spaces as well). I'd really love a different brand to build another Toyota dealership farther south so we wouldn't have to deal with Germain's mess. More
