My car was due for service while i was visiting another state. I took the car to Germain Toyota in Naples and Paul Basso was the person who helped me through the process. I received excellent service and was treated very well during the visit. I would definitely return to Germain during my stays in Naples. More

The car needed so many repairs we opted to buy a new Camry. Paul Delmonte helped us at that time and was very patient with us making a decision that we did not expect to make for a few years. Back to Ann, we knew our car had a recall, but we decided to wait until we got to Florida to have it done. We had such a good experience with Ann last year, we expected the same this year. Of course Ann lived up to it. We called on Monday and had the appt on Tuesday at exactly the time we requested. I would definitely rate Ann as a top employee and I told her we'd love to stop in an see her next year, but not need her services. Mary Sharon Kellens More

I was brought into your dealership by a previous, well satisfied customer. He had purchased a PriusV and I ended up buying a PriusC. Everytime I came into your dealership, I was very warmly welcomed, made satisfied customer. He had purchased a PriusV and I ended up buying a PriusC. Everytime I came into your dealership, I was very warmly welcomed, made to feel at home, offered drinks, and even subway sandwiches on Saturday 3/8/14 when I finalized my purchase. All of your sales associates made sure that I was comfortable and engaged me in conversation, even though they were not "my" sales associate. The financing part got a little discouraging in the beginning, and I was second guessing a purchase, but it was not due to your associates, it was more on a personal, financial level. But through perseverance and a call to my daughter, I was able to obtain financing with a comfortable down payment and comfortable monthly payments. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience and I am looking forward to driving and enjoying my new 2013 PriusC. More
