Mr. Z you were informed that you had 2800.00 in remaining payments on your old lease and that we had to figure that into your payments. We have all of the documentation signed by you confirming the fact that you had been informed during your visit. When you returned you became agitated, belligerent, hostile and told our management staff that you wanted the 2800.00 to simply just go away. We simply cannot do that; you had a contractual obligation on your old lease and that needed to be satisfied in order for you to do a new lease as we discussed with you on the day of your purchase. If we can be of service to you please contact us directly.

Apparently many Germain customers don't care what they pay for a car. If you don't they are probably an adequate dealer. Good service department that I will never use again. If you do stay away. They believe that no lie is too blatant to get your signiture on a contract. Most dealers are smart enough not to reinforce this age old indictment of the auto business. Not Germain. They will gladly give away a lifetime of sales and service business for a fraudulent "deal". If you do walk in bring a lawyer, CPA, and body guard.
