Recall on vechile . My rav 4 2015 had a serious recall. Once indenitfied they provided a courtesy car. Finally after 6 weeks of waiting for my vechile I picked it up . My rav 4 2015 had a serious recall. Once indenitfied they provided a courtesy car. lied to and treated rudely I traded in my Tacoma and Rony in Finance told me I had no warranty on it to transfer. Came home, looked at paperwork and I DID have a warranty. I wen I traded in my Tacoma and Rony in Finance told me I had no warranty on it to transfer. Came home, looked at paperwork and I DID have a warranty. I went back last week and was told to come in today to sign a new warranty. Today they reneged their offer. I asked Mr Newsome to show me how my credit for the old warranty was applied to my new truck. He said impossible. Rony the Finance man talked double talk and was rude. Pretty much I signed for a trade in and service and niceness were over. I walked out and called Fidelity myself and got my info in 2 minutes. She gave me the same info she gave Germain. So if you talk to Rony or Mr Newsome be sure to tape your conversation and get it in writing. Don't expect help or courtesy once you've signed the dotted line. This was my 4th and last truck from Germain, used to be great, now it blows. More

After my car was serviced, I enquired about a damaged bumper which I planned to have repaired at a later date. George quickly said he had one in stock and could have it replaced and back to me the following day. Thus saving me another trip to the dealer. This sounded great for me.
