Totally jerked around STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. I called about a car was told to come look at it car was on the lot. Drove 40 minutes to the lot parked and the first STAY AWAY TOTAL RIPOFF ARTISTS. I called about a car was told to come look at it car was on the lot. Drove 40 minutes to the lot parked and the first vulture was there waiting " Marcus Viega" but the car wasn't slimeball wants to pass the buck to GM Rick Gatliff who apperantly Is just as slimy as Viega., After 25 minutes I was told the car wasn't there is was at the repair shop but nothing was wrong with it just policy . I was assured " it's a nice. Car with no issues" then I was told the car has issues and was being fixed. which is it?? 2 days later the car might be here later this afternoon. And it gets better! Germaine bought the car for $28000 and wanted $34000. I know they need to make a buck but get real, especially after you jerk somebody around for 3 days! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! OR TIME!!! More

As usual Mr. Richard Estes was very professional to explain what needed to be done in the car and took control of my order from beginning to the end. I was very happy. I was later introduced to the new buying program and wind up leaving with a bran new Camry 2015 where Felipe Medina showed his patience and knowledge of the product he is selling. He is quite a remarquable salesman. More
