We were kept updated for several weeks with an option to come in or not to see what was available. Finally the call we were waiting for! We worked with Kelly Brixey and Hanny Hanein, who were both very professional in sales. Then off to the finance manager - Adam Golden - who really put us at ease, as this is the very nerve-wrecking part for me. I am very pleased with every aspect of our experience and would not only recommend this dealership, but will see them for future needs. More

We returned after some difficulty caused by the salesman in using third party system instead of the Toyota system which should have been in the car. I then leased another on the assumption that my equity in the first would be transferred to the second. It turned out that the second had been driven by the sales manager but was not considered a used car. Very confusing and vulnerable to slick salesmanship business practices. Lost the equity in the first car. Tried to reach management but they ignored my email. Having been a Toyota customer for over30 years, I would never do business with Germain or Toyota. I am reaching out to Toyota to report this type of treatment. Be very careful if you are a senior. I would recommend looking elsewhere. More
