Juan is Awesome! He is the highest example of customer service, keeping in contact with us even when he knew we were still not ready to buy. He knew our special circumstances and was patient and highly professional in every aspect of his job. Service with a smile even after hours! My husband and I happened to stumble upon Germain Toyota Big Lot in Naples tonight around 8 pm. He found his dream car, we thought they were closed an My husband and I happened to stumble upon Germain Toyota Big Lot in Naples tonight around 8 pm. He found his dream car, we thought they were closed and noticed someone go in the building, alas the cleaning crew. We were surprised to find Marcus there after hours helping another family close a deal. Finance Manager, Adam was also there and said Marcus would be happy to help us when he was finished. We had not purchased a car in 12 years and had never had such a pleasant experience as this was tonight. Thank you Marcus for your superior service and Adam for working out a deal!
