Awesome Experience at Germain Toyota-Naples Last week I took my 2013 RAV4 in for some routine maintenance and merely mentioned to my service coordinator Peggy Mazuras that I was planning to trad Last week I took my 2013 RAV4 in for some routine maintenance and merely mentioned to my service coordinator Peggy Mazuras that I was planning to trade it in over the next two months. She introduced me to Team Leader Capt. Eric who questioned me about my goals and needs/wants. I think was introduced to Paul Delmonte who continued the conversation as we walked the lot while he explained the difference between RAV4 models. He pointed out a particular car 2015 new that had everything I had explained I wanted and then some. I did tell Mr. Delmonte that I was probably more interested in a used RAV4. He checked the computer and sure enough there was a 2014 RAV4 that had plenty of bells and whistles too. Mr. Delmonte explained to me the flexibility he had with the new car as opposed to the used version. It ended up being to my advantage to purchase the new 2015 Limited thanks to his guidance. More

Service Experience Service advisor George was great. Rating 10. But check out thru cashier counter was disaster. Rating 2. She was rude. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes then she left and didn't say a word whete shevwsd going or when shevwpuld be back. She didn't say anything, just left. I asked for manager and made formal complaint. Bad design sending customers from service advisor to cashier counter. I like it better when service advisor handles full experience including payment. Less chance for bad experience too because eliminate extra people who.can screw up the experience. --- Dr Longfellow More
