I have recommended Germain to several people because of Jim McClaren and the excellent Service Dept. In fact, at this last visit, unbeknownst to me, I had a "free" oil change coming due to the amount of mi Jim McClaren and the excellent Service Dept. If Jim would not have mentioned this to me, I would not have known to pull the coupon thus, I would have had to pay for the service. This was above and beyond, in my book. Jim looked out for me. This is why I buy my cars at Germain!! :) More
We recently had our 2008 Toyota Prius in for service...during the service, the technician found a leak from the water pump that we were not aware of. The water pump was fixed and it saved us an service...during the service, the technician found a leak from the water pump that we were not aware of. I purchased a preowned Camry from Germain in May of this year. Shortly thereafter I heard a rattling noise whenever the car sat idle. I took my car into Germain's service area and confirmed it was coming year. Shortly thereafter I heard a rattling noise whenever the car sat idle. I took my car into Germain's service area and confirmed it was coming from the flex pipe in the exhaust system. The service department was unable to cover the part under warranty, so I discussed the matter with the sales person I worked with (Perry M.) and then also his manager (Greg K.). After some discussion, I was provided with a rental car while my Camry was repaired. The flex pipe was replaced and the noise is now gone. I would (and actually already have) referred someone looking for a preowned car to this dealership. More
