Excellent Service Department I had over $1000 dollars worth of work done to my wife's Camry. The work was done quick and efficient so we could get on with our day. Yesterday, the scheduler confirmed that the parts needed for two recalled items were in stock to prevent any service delays. Nice to have this car on the go! Very poor service I was at the dealer on 4/11/15 because I was stranded in Columbus with 4 kids and wife, due to a bad batteries that I just purchased over two month ag I was at the dealer on 4/11/15 because I was stranded in Columbus with 4 kids and wife, due to a bad batteries that I just purchased over two month ago from Joseph Toyota. When I went to the dealer, I spoke with two men, one at the service desk and one at parts department and both nicely refused to help, unless I was setup for service. Before he can set me up for service I was able to switch it myself in less than 5 minutes with a pair of pliers, right on the parking lot. Thanks God I didn’t send my wife. For what I went through on the road at 9PM with kids and wife, I was expecting the dealer to give me the best service I have ever got before. As a loyal Toyota driver of 25 years more than 8 cars I was very disappointed. More

Teresa is always cheerful, helpful, friendly and most importantly, courteous! It's nice to work with someone who has people skills and represents her employer in such a positive way. Although I have not had as much interaction with other personnel in the service department, others I have met were very professional and courteous. I have been able to ask additional questions about service related items and never felt like I was being rushed or hurried. I would recommend this dealership for sales and service. More

Ms. Wilson, in my opinion is a highly skilled customer service manager consistently greeting me in a warm and courteous manner with that special smile in her voice attitude! I will not accept another service manager to assist me whenever I have a regular or urgent service requirement for my two Toyota vehicles. On an extremely busy week, she will find an opening for me without putting me off for an extended period as was done there by another service manager recently. I am a retired naval officer and business franchisee knowing that Teresa is an exception to the norm and if I were still in business would consider offering her a position on my management team! Keep her happy as she will guarantee your company repeat customer visits!! More
Diagnosis and Repair My Service Advisor, Billy Blanton, kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process on an issue in the front end of my Toyota Tacoma. I suspect that My Service Advisor, Billy Blanton, kept me informed throughout the diagnosis process on an issue in the front end of my Toyota Tacoma. I suspect that a pothole caused the issue with the front bearing. Because there was also an issue with the clutch fan, it was difficult to diagnose and fix the problems. Billy was very concerned about the inconvenience to me as the diagnosis and repair took longer than anticipated originally. He offered to provide a loaner vehicle and to make the process as convenient as possible. The bottom line is the repairs were eventually completed on the schedule given and the truck has operated flawlessly since then. I heartily recommend Mr. Blanton and Germain Toyota's Service Department. I have had all my service needs done there and will continue to do so. More
