I met Mark this fall 2016 and he had the necessary work done to my Rav4 in timely manner, pointed out recalls and fixed those as well. He went to bat for me to facilitate other work being done on my Rav4. Mark is knowledgeable and provides excellent service and is a good guy as well. Germain hit a home run bringing Mark onboard. I will go nowhere else for service. More

Went in for service and left with new car I went in to get my oil changed at close to the end of my lease and was asked if I was going to buy or turn in my car. I said I wasn't sure. The service man asked me if I had time, that I may want to see if any special options were available since I was just about to go over on my allotted miles.
