After 2 failed diagnosis of a severe squeak in the Tacoma suspension including "bad shocks" and other incorrect guesses by outside mechanics, a quick After 2 failed diagnosis of a severe squeak in the Tacoma suspension including "bad shocks" and other incorrect guesses by outside mechanics, a quick inspection during the 35K oil change resulted in new leaf springs before the warranty expired. The installation was quick and my truck now rolls like a new baby instead of an old rattletrap. As to the cause.....I own a nursery, drive most of my day on off pavement nursery roads through irrigation water laced with fertilizer.... but still covered under warranty. I owned 2 Silverados prior to this Tacoma. I never had this good of a vehicle or this flawless of service. Thank You. More
My Experience with Germain's Service Department I can't say enough about Teresa. She was the service advisor that assisted me. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the service brought up- I can't say enough about Teresa. She was the service advisor that assisted me. I took my car in for an oil change and to have the service brought up-to-date. I have a 15 year old vehicle which I purchased from Germain. Teresa was friendly, helpful and thorough in reviewing past service work performed on my car. I was very appreciative of the things she suggested I consider having looked at or serviced. I have always had great experiences with the service department at Germain, and it keeps getting better. Thank you, Teresa! More

Scammer stealership First off, their sales team are horrible! They made me signed all the paperworks after agreed that it would be finalized on next monday so I can take First off, their sales team are horrible! Oh boy I was wrong, about a week or so later, they be calling me that they cannot find anyone to finance me for it and have to take it back. Ok sure no problem, but then they be subtracting all the fees and mileage usage on that vehicle from my deposit money! They literally forced me to get a vehicle from them on the spot or else lose more than half of my deposit! That's outrageously scamming!! Then now my second issue encounter with this place that made me have to reviews them on everyplace I can find and report to toyota headquarter hotline for their shady business. So I took my truck (lifted) in for an Alignment, I also know that they don't do lifted truck alignment so I asked them Multiple times if they know and can do it, they talked about 5 mins or so and said yes, So Im like ok. Then It was aligned and it was good for a day till I drive my truck again. Literally less than 300miles on the alignment job and already back to alignment issue?! Their service director Henry is his name mentioned that "Your tires uneven treads causes alignment issues" And they won't refund or attempt to fix it! xxx is kind of response and service is this?! They did not even provide me with the alignment sheet after my previous service there when I asked for it! Shady business as it's best! Then I went to Toyota West for help. And found out, Germain Toyota pulled my steering rack/wheel and move it around so that I won't know that they don't know how to do an alignment at all! Now I lost $311 and some changes to a job that wasn't even done right that actually caused more problems than I wanted to the vehicles and my safety! I wasted my time and money on this place and not even a manager willing to talk to me back?! Please stay away from this place at all cost! They're just there for your money! More
New car purchase after service I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. I took my 2010 Yaris in for routine service & while waiting I spoke to Austin Castin about the new 2017 Toyotas & discussed what I was looking for. Being a small elderly person I had trouble with being able to see over the dashboard. He showed me the 2017 Yaris ia & after test driving we agreed it was the best purchase for me. He did not try to convince me to upgrade when he understood my concerns which I appreciated especially since I really didnt need a new car. If he had been pushy I would have walked away. Demetrius Davis helped with the title & offered services if I were interested in them. I would recommend these people & dealership. More

Mark Pastre - Above and Beyond the Call of Duty - Excellent I have been a a loyal Germain Toyota customer for 30 years. Years back I tried service at another dealer because it is closer to home. Very disappoi I have been a a loyal Germain Toyota customer for 30 years. Years back I tried service at another dealer because it is closer to home. Very disappointed with that dealer. I met Mark this fall 2016 and he had the necessary work done to my Rav4 in timely manner, pointed out recalls and fixed those as well. He went to bat for me to facilitate other work being done on my Rav4. Mark is knowledgeable and provides excellent service and is a good guy as well. Germain hit a home run bringing Mark onboard. I will go nowhere else for service. More
