Stellar Customer Service I've been a customer at Germain Toyota for many years, and the customer service has never been better. If you're looking for personal attention and so I've been a customer at Germain Toyota for many years, and the customer service has never been better. If you're looking for personal attention and someone to listen to your concerns, this is the place. I have never trusted a dealership as much as I trust Germain Toyota and its service team. Service manager Billy Blanton is always willing to go the extra mile--or even two or three--to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have found that such customer service is a rarity these days and really appreciate his and this dealership's attention to detail and focus on the customer. No large or small detail goes unturned. I never want to feel like I'm being taken advantage of--and I feel 100 percent confident with Germain Toyota service. Not only that, on a personal note, what service manager always inquires about a customer's family? Billy Blanton does! He always remembers to ask about how my family is, even remembering when my daughter graduated from high school years ago and when my son was playing basketball in school. What service manager and dealership do you know that takes out the time to care enough to even remember such details about one customer? The other service staff at Germain is friendly and thorough as well. They value my time and are incredibly on point when it comes to estimating how long it will take to service my car. They communicate with me respectfully and explain things in detail while not talking over my head or down to me either. They are genuinely concerned with making sure I understand what's happening with my car. Hope is also great to work with. If she knows you're waiting for a call back, she'll call just to say someone will get back with you soon or check back to see if there's anything else you need. I don't know of any other dealership that makes such an effort in this way. Follow through. Personal attention. Attention to details. Trust. Germain Toyota does it right. If this is not the customer service you're experiencing, you are missing out. My son recently bought a used car there as well. There's no other place I'd trust more because I know they'll take care of him. Oh and did I mention that the service manager even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed to reach him more urgently than going through the regular phone system?? Right!!!! More

I tried to get a loner car from my local dealership. Where we have bought three vehicles from. Had to go through the Toyota Corp office to get the loaner. I understand this problem was do to another company that Toyota trusted. When I picked up my car yesterday 12/05 the outside was dirty from behind being outside. They did start it occasionally but the battery was almost died this morning when I tried to start it. I asked if they did a service check on my car? They said they charged my battery for 6hours and checked other things too. After getting a half a tank of new gas it decided to have a check engine light, VSC, and the skid light was on. When trying to push on the gas it wouldn’t go faster than 35. Of course I was on a busy road and was afraid 😱 I wasn’t going to make it. So when I called the service manager he gave me a few things it might be. My husband got home and put his meter on it. It said the coil was going out. From the the time I got here with no appointment they figured out that is what it is. Waiting for it to be fixed with in an hour. The good with the not so good... for the most part your service Dept is great. But I wish they would of been able to fix this before I took it home. Dangerous driving a car that doesn’t work right. Expecting to get this done today had to cancel some appointments but hopefully I will be safe now More
Routine maintenance service This visit to Germain was for a routine motor oil and filter change, tire rotation and replacement of the wiper blades. Assistant Service Manager Den This visit to Germain was for a routine motor oil and filter change, tire rotation and replacement of the wiper blades. Assistant Service Manager Denise Mitchell wrote and priced the requested work. She thoroughly reviewed the vehicle history and confirmed that all recommended maintenance was up to date. The work was completed in about an hour. The tire rotation was done at no cost because I had purchased the tires from Germain. In addition, I received a free multi point inspection and report that showed all the items that were checked. This provides a good history and notice of things that might need attention in the future. Denise was very professional, just like the rest of the Service team I have worked with at Germain. She got the work completed in a reasonable time, made me comfortable about the work I had done and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. More
