Prices I was told that I needed a new battery, which was very pricy. I had the battery checked and it had a full charge. I was also told that I needed an alignment , it would cost $109.00 + $125.00 for labor. This is outrageous. I called around and can get it done for $64.30 out the door. I was very dissappointed with the staff there. I have been there many times before and now I wonder if the were telling me the truth about other service needs. I also bought my Corolla from Germain, I paid it off and was never late with a payment. More
Poor Service Work Bought a used car, paid for out right. Car needed work (brakes). Got the car two days later. Brakes felt and sound awful. Took it to my mechanic. Passenger side caliper bolt was loose and drivers side was missing a caliper bolt. DO NOT have your car serviced here!! The sales side was good and Tanesha was easy to work with! More

Good service I was in for a recall repair. It took a little longer than Toyota mentioned in the notice. The center did have hot beverages and snacks, which was a I was in for a recall repair. Plain water even for sale would be nice. I’m limited on what I can drink is why I mention it but I could make due. Friendly employees. Of course they mention every possible service you need, and I just got one of five because I’m out or work. More

Meredith in the front reception area was very friendly and patient with my questions. I suggest they make sure their text message is more accurate. Mine was 3 days off (to my benefit- was early) and made planning other services needed tricky. More
