Check under body and fix turn signal Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke b Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke bulb. Customer service got me in the same day I called. Teresa Wilson took my info at dealership and got my car into service. She understood what happened and had the lower plastic shield adjusted and re-installed at no cost. My left turn signal connector was rewired into existing harness and the broken turn signal bulb was replaced at a reasonable cost. I'm one of those quys that love their car and always want it in tip top running order. I really appreciated the super fast and experienced service I recieved from Germain Toyota. More

Professional and Honest I received an email with a coupon for an oil change from the Germain service department so I decided to take advantage of the offer. I scheduled an ap I received an email with a coupon for an oil change from the Germain service department so I decided to take advantage of the offer. I scheduled an appointment quickly over the phone and when I arrived I was greeted by the service personel. My service advisor let me know that although the coupon I intended to use wasn’t valid for my vehicle, (it was for conventional oil and my Sienna uses synthetic) she would be willing to net the discount for the more expensive oil change. She then directed me to the customer lounge which was very clean and comfortable, there was coffee, water, and snacks available. While I was waiting my service advisor came out and let me know I was due for a 60k service and a new cabin air filter, she wasn’t pushy at all when I declined the 60k service, and let me know they would be finished shortly. While I waited for my service to be completed I was greeted by the service manager who simply wanted to ensure I had everything I needed. I was in and out within an hour and they even washed my car! Suffice to say I’m not the kind of person who generally gets service at the dealership, but I did feel a higher level of quality and customer service at Germain than I ever have at my usually quick lube place in the past. I will continue to shop for and purchase my vehicles at Germain and I will keep them in mind for service in the future. More
