Prompt and efficient! I had a 7:30 appointment. They took the car as soon as I got there and it was done by 8:30. I do wonder what happened to the free car washes I used to I had a 7:30 appointment. Check under body and fix turn signal Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke b Ran over a metal rod sticking out of a parking block. Pulled under body plastic shield loose and ripped wire connector to left turn signal and broke bulb. Customer service got me in the same day I called. Teresa Wilson took my info at dealership and got my car into service. She understood what happened and had the lower plastic shield adjusted and re-installed at no cost. My left turn signal connector was rewired into existing harness and the broken turn signal bulb was replaced at a reasonable cost. I'm one of those quys that love their car and always want it in tip top running order. I really appreciated the super fast and experienced service I recieved from Germain Toyota. More
