Overall, reliable, pleasant, helpful, and reasonable. Usually, Denise Mitchell is my go-to service rep. She knows her stuff, stays on top of what's going on with my car, explains everything thoroughly, a Usually, Denise Mitchell is my go-to service rep. She knows her stuff, stays on top of what's going on with my car, explains everything thoroughly, and is just an all-around, really nice woman; and I enjoy seeing her every time I go in for service. That personal touch of knowing with whom I am dealing makes me feel more relaxed about getting my car serviced as it's always anxiety-producing since I never know what might come up. Also, I really like the car credit card that I can pay off interest-free. That takes a lot of the worry out of the equation. I used to be a VW person and switched back around 2001 when I got my first RAV4. I found Midwest Auto to be really arrogant, unfriendly, unhelpful and too expensive so when I first started going to this dealership, I was really leery. After over, 16 years of going to Germain, I feel I'm in pretty good hands. More

No a great services My previous sevice they charged me for a tire rotation nad they did not even touch my tires, I know because one of my tires have a little mark. Recheck of a recent service visit. I had a routine service on my 2016 Toyota Highlander on March 16. Within several days I noticed an oil had leaked from the car. I called the dealership to have it checked and they said I could set up an appointment or just stop in. I stopped in on March 21 and was again helped by Joe Campbell. He immediately remembered me and told me he would take the car into service and have a new oil change completed. Joe explained to me the service technician found a cracked gasket or bushing. They changed the oil and replaced the defective part. I only had to wait 30 to 40 minutes. I was very satisfied. More

Everything completed in a timely manner I brought my 2016 Sienna in for the 30,000 mile service. Always like to keep maintenance up to date. Also, had a rattle in the driver side window.
