I went in on December 19th for scheduled tire service. Things didn’t go well, but upon returning a few days later the issue was resolved. Teresa Wilson, service advisor was pleasant and explained that the car checked out per Toyota diagnosis test. Vehicle was brought in for the gas tank unable to get more than 11 gal. The issue with the gas tank is with the mfr not the dealer. Called Toyota directly and informed them of my concerns. More

Since I recently moved Germain Toyota is much closer to me than the dealership I usually go to. I was very impressed that I was able to schedule an appointment within hours instead of waiting days or weeks me than the dealership I usually go to.
