Super cool. I was so frustrated before coming there. She lis It was great like all toyota services that i have visited where i come from. I really appreciate the way Tracy received me. But she spoke to me a manner that calmed me down and gave me hope. For the names of the others who worked with me, i can't remember except that i have t o get my receipts to check. When I called to make my appointment the phones were busy, but they promised to call me back so I didn’t have t Overall I had a very great experience. When I called to make my appointment the phones were busy, but they promised to call me back so I didn’t have to wait on hold for a long period of time! Chuck at the service desk helped by getting me checked in and showed me the waiting room and how to make a hot chocolate. My service was done before the estimated time frame. Chuck was very friendly and I don’t think I will go to another dealership ever again to service my lease :) More
