When I called to make my appointment the phones were busy, but they promised to call me back so I didn’t have t Overall I had a very great experience. Chuck at the service desk helped by getting me checked in and showed me the waiting room and how to make a hot chocolate. My service was done before the estimated time frame. Chuck was very friendly and I don’t think I will go to another dealership ever again to service my lease :) More

Great service at a reasonable price I tried a quick service facility for my Scion Tc for a simple oil & filter change just once. The cost was almost double the cost at Germain, and less I tried a quick service facility for my Scion Tc for a simple oil & filter change just once. The cost was almost double the cost at Germain, and less work was performed. Scheduling is easy, tech writers are friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable. Best thing is that I feel confident that the whole car gets a full inspection every time, and the job is done correctly - so the cost and a little longer wait is well worth the peace of mind. More

Great Service Experience I brought in our 2017 Sienna Van for a malfunctioning side door, paint scrapes on passenger side and an oil change, tire rotation. I dropped it off a I brought in our 2017 Sienna Van for a malfunctioning side door, paint scrapes on passenger side and an oil change, tire rotation. I dropped it off at closing on Monday and it was finished at 11 am on Tuesday. The door just needed lubed and the paint got rubbed off without a charge. Lisa at Service desk was very helpful and professional. Nice to not get charged for small issues! More
