I feel like I can trust the service representatives and have never felt cheated or taken advantage of. Maintaining an automobile is expensive. Germain's service may cost a little more but, because I can trust the mechanics and service representatives in a clean, pleasant and professional environment, I wouldn't take my cars (Camry and RAV-4, both hybrids) anywhere else.
