The lady that assisted me with scheduling said yes. There was a 20% off coupon from another Columbus Ohio Toyota dealership on the web for the same exact service. I brought it in on a screen shot and a link on my phone . The service agent/manager acted like they don’t honor competitors coupons. He did accept it this time. Should be consistency. Thank you. Outstanding Once I arrived in the shop the service was slow. After the inspection and I returned the truck, the processed was outstanding.
