Great experience I brought my Prius in for a recall that I received regarding updating the software. Also got the 30,000 checkup. We have purchased 12 vehicles from Germain and have been very satisfied with the sales and service we've received and have told others about our experiences. Lisa was my service agent and she was great. She was able to tell me aout the recall and what it involved as well as look up my previous service to see what was currently needed. More
Great service department My new 2019 RAV4 with 1500 miles on it had a major problem with the all wheel drive system. This is a new system for the RAV4. The Germain Service Managers and technicians worked with Toyota to do all that it would take to identify and repair the problem correctly I was impatient however very pleased with their extreme efforts in the repair. Disorganized I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I I recently purchased a truck from this dealer. I purchased the extended warranty with it. After a few days my parking sensor would keep beeping. I called the salesman who talked to service department and they said my sensor was dirty. So, off to the car wash I go. Well, that didn't fix it. So I called the dealer again and he says to bring it in. I brought it into the service department and they had no idea about me coming in. They fit it in but they wanted to charge me close to 700.00 for repairs. It turned into a big fiasco trying to explain that I purchased the extended warranty. It finally did get taken care of but I will NEVER bring my vehicle there again or purchase another vehicle from this dealer. More

Just okay This visit was ok. I’ve had a lot of issues with my last 4 service visits. One being a service I paid for but was never performed. That problem was w This visit was ok. I’ve had a lot of issues with my last 4 service visits. One being a service I paid for but was never performed. That problem was worked out after some serious frustration and inconvenience. They just haven’t earned my trust back after so many issues in the past. We will see how things go from now on. More
