Lasting good impression and great experience Ty went out of his way and helped me get all of the answers I was looking for while I was waiting on my car being serviced. He got me in contact with Ty went out of his way and helped me get all of the answers I was looking for while I was waiting on my car being serviced. He got me in contact with Brian to work on the things I want done to my car. He also introduced me to detail and they all helped get the scratches off my new car that were caused from the car wash. Everyone was so friendly and it was such a great experience !!! More

I was looking to upgrade and he made my experience enjoyable and satisfying, finding the Camry just for me. I had a checklist of specific things I wanted my new car to have and he found the perfect one for me! He also negotiated an amazing price and I left Germain Toyota of Columbus a completely satisfied customer! I highly recommend Ben Tubbs! He will make car buying/leasing it a wonderful experience. Service Beware My Corolla had airbag recall and took back to dealership to be replaced. They changed the oil without telling me and then told me I needed to bring c My Corolla had airbag recall and took back to dealership to be replaced. They changed the oil without telling me and then told me I needed to bring car back as it had an oil leak and would need to bring back and leave for the day as front of engine would have to be removed and would take all day and major dollar repair. Has never had any oil leak and took to a local repair shop, and they told me the oil plug had been screwed all the way into the engine block creating the leak. They had to get a special oil plug (oversized) to stop the leak as threads had been stripped. Fix was $20 and Germain service department was looking to make thousands off of me. More

Illinois at least update you on what’s going on. Lastly, an oil change that cost $80+? Seriously? We bought the car there and normally oil change typically runs about $40-$60 and yes depends on type of oil. Why $80+???? More

Getting to the bottom of dead battery issues Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work l Our car, used by our granddaughter, was having issues with the battery being depleted during very cold weather. She was only driving the car to work less than 2 miles away each day. We took the car to Germain and Chris made sure that they would get to the bottom of it. After checking the car extensively, they found out that the battery needed replaced less than a month before the warranty was to expire. We owed nothing and are very pleased that Germain always has our back! More
