Mark was great Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a coup Went in for my normal 15K appt. I knew I was a month or two overdue and he took the time to note that my 2yr free maint agreement was ending in a couple weeks. He updated my appt to be my 20K so that I got my oil changed, etc. and it was covered under the free maintenance. This is the type of service that will keep my coming back to germain for my maintenance and leasing, etc. More
