Accept or not to accept that is the question. Only recommendation I have is when I called to schedule the maintenances I asked if Germain honored other Toyota dealerships coupons. The lady that assisted me with scheduling said yes. There was a 20% off coupon from another Columbus Ohio Toyota dealership on the web for the same exact service. I brought it in on a screen shot and a link on my phone . The service agent/manager acted like they don’t honor competitors coupons. He did accept it this time. Should be consistency. Thank you. Outstanding Once I arrived in the shop the service was slow. After the inspection and I returned the truck, the processed was outstanding. Great experience. Wonderful service. Mark, the assistant service manager worked with me to resolve my issue with my car and delivered the car as promised.
