The service Toyota gave me was excellent. It took a little longer than they had estimated to fix my recall problem but not a big deal after all since they did give me a car to borrow for overnight. After picking up my car it started making ALOT of noise the more I drove down Brice road. Grant, previously NO rattling, bumping or anything was happening! It was NOT making ANY sounds when I brought it in the more I drove down Brice road. Grant, previously NO rattling, bumping or anything was happening! It was NOT making ANY sounds when I brought it in! I've had my oil & filter changed MANY of time from Chicago to Columbus, now ironically all these bells, whistles, and noises started going off and happening the moment I picked it up!!! The guys in service claimed they didn't do anything and refuse to fix whatever they DID to cause this noisy problem because that would be admitting! So they all played dumb and naive! Yet, they had the audacity to request I bring my car back if ever want my brakes done! Ha! I then stopped at the grocery store on my way home, when I opened the trunk to put the bags in ALL of my things was pulled out a box that I keep in there to prevent stuff from shifting around, the jumper cables was half opened, other items was moved around and repositioned! It was obvious the service team rambled all through my car! I'm not sure what they was looking for but a fool would leave anything of value in the trunk of a 2006 Corolla! Seriously, Smh! I am highly pissed off, angry, and honestly would like to result to other measures, but I'm trying to seek other options! So if you can point me to the right person there whom I can contact, file a report regarding this experience and to get my car back to the way it was I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you. More
Nice dealership. Clean. Always greet you as soon as you come in. The only issue I have after my scheduled service is that they change settings on my dashboard and I don’t realize it till I am driving and t come in. Work was done quickly, but would have been a plus to get a carwash. Took vehicle in for 20,000 mile maintenance. Was quoted an hour but the car was done in 30 minutes. When I first got this car, anytime I took it in, they did a courtesy wash. This has not happened the pa an hour but the car was done in 30 minutes. When I first got this car, anytime I took it in, they did a courtesy wash. This has not happened the past 2 times.
