Trying times for all right now. Just keep in mind to keep loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/mes loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/messy loaner car. The little things matter to me personally. This is the 2nd time with a cleanliness issue with this service department. Once with my personal vehicle, once with a loaner vehicle..Take more measures to fix this please. This is my personal opinion though. Also, service and all people seem accommodating. Just missing this step somehow.. More

I went to your company oil change yesterday morning. Joe Mathias made me very uncomfortable because he didn’t keep social distance with other customers but me(the only Asian there). However,he told me that Mathias made me very uncomfortable because he didn’t keep social distance with other customers but me(the only Asian there). However,he told me that he couldn’t talk to me in person because he needs to keep the social distance. He did not discussion or explain anything with me right before I picked my car. Only thing that he He told me “Every thing is ok and just need to pay then go.” I was very sad and can’t believe it when I went home and found out the report of Toyota showed that my car's engine cooling is leaking and timing chain tension o-ring leaking. I went back to your company and show the staff that the problem of the report.I told him that I am the loyal customer and I work as registered nurse at the hospital for 5 years. I never be treated the way he did to me. I told Joe that I just want to have a safe vehicle to drive to work and home. In the end, my car was fixed next day. But, I don’t want to Joe service me in the future, thank you. More

It may not be the fault of Germain, but the service issues I came in for were not resolved. My car still often stutters when driving distances on the highway, my gas milage is not anywhere near the car issues I came in for were not resolved. My car still often stutters when driving distances on the highway, my gas milage is not anywhere near the cars estimated gas milage, and I am still unable to fill my gas tank fully. When I called Toyota, I was told that my gas tank would be replaced by service department and that this issue is known. This did not happen and I wasted a trip and time out of my work day. My car was also not washed after my visit, as expected (though this may be due to covid). I regret buying a new Toyota if this is the way my car issues will be treated. More
