After purchasing my Rav4, I had 2 tire issues in the span of a week. The first time, the sales associate I worked with aired up the tires for me and told me to come back if I had anymore issues. The second t of a week. The first time, the sales associate I worked with aired up the tires for me and told me to come back if I had anymore issues. The second time, Tanesha (my sales associate) got in contact with the service department and they made the time t look at the car right then and there. Even with an otherwise full schedule, the service department was able to evaluate my tires. Instead of just replacing the tire with the issue, they replaced 3 tires to match the one they replaced before I purchased the vehicle at no cost to me (by negotiation of the sales manager). These guys are the real deal when it comes to taking care of their customers and I really appreciate them! More

I don't think you guys had my safety at interest. I saw other customers had plastic put on their seats and steering wheel and floor, my car did not get this service. The man was in my car without a mask, my car had no plastic put down to protect myself or the worker. I was told my tires were going to be rotated, they were not rotated. I know my car only had 3,000 miles, I feel it still should have received a oil change You guys did put air in my tires but did not but the caps back on any of my tires. I don't know if my oil was changed because the sticker was placed on my front seat. I understand you were short staff but the service was unacceptable. I've always had good service with you for the past 3 years but this was not one of them. I would like to get my caps back on my tires, I know it's something little but the caps were on my car. The service Dept was very unprofessional! Overall service was good. They protected the steering wheel, seats and floor with coverings and the service desk associate was very friendly.
