Brought my car in for service as usual and to replace the windshield wipers. A few minutes after I drove away I noticed a 5-6 “ horizontal crack very low in the front windshield. I notified service and came back to show them my windshield. Manager came out lifted the windshield wiper and said a rock hit it. He left. Chris agreed and we were dismissed. I have asked many people, could this have been caused by a rock? All said it is under the wiper and impossible to have happen that way. All are convinced someone dropped a hard object on the windshield when the wiper was removed. This was my second Prius and my fourth car from Germain. I am due to buy another car this year but hesitate to stay with your company. Wilhe More
I drove in my 2008 Toyota Highlander for diagnostics. The brake was not holding instantly when applied. By the time you guys were done with diagnostics, my car could no longer start, Remember, I drove it the brake was not holding instantly when applied. By the time you guys were done with diagnostics, my car could no longer start, Remember, I drove it there myself with no starting issues, just brakes not holding firm. You guys spoilt something in my car and made it worse. I need you to rectify this terrible situation. For now, o regret bringing my car to Germaine Toyota. More

I recently took my car in for tire mounting/balance. I booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. When I arrived in person, I again was told the estimate would be roughly $125 booked my appointment online for this and the online estimate was $125. When I arrived in person, I again was told the estimate would be roughly $125 and it would take a couple of hours. Once my car was finished, they handed me the paperwork and the bill was about $300 because they charged me for an alignment I did not ask for. Upon inspecting my car afterwards, I found that one of my rims was pretty badly scratched up and they didn’t bother to wipe the white lubricant off my black rims. Took the car home and noticed my tire pressure light turned on. I checked the pressures and found my tires were inflated significantly lower than the minimum recommend psi. Overall, I had a very poor experience, which is upsetting as I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and had a great experience then. I definitely will NOT be bringing my car back for service at this dealership. More

Brought car in for scheduled oil change. There was only 2 service members working, both inside the small narrow service counter area. As customers walked in and were waiting in line, it got really hot in the service members working, both inside the small narrow service counter area. As customers walked in and were waiting in line, it got really hot in there. By the time I was being helped, I was experiencing an anxiety attack. Brandon Hood noticed, and got me checked in right away so I could get out of there and into the open waiting area. I was fine by the time the car was done. I appreciate how aware and accommodating he was. I think next time I will wait outside the glass door if there’s people inside that small area. Probably would be best with social distancing. More
