Had to have what I was told major air-conditioning work done but was surprised at the price of repair $2600. They had to keep the car for three days and gave me a free loaner which was nice but communicati done but was surprised at the price of repair $2600. I had an appointment for 35,000 mile warranty work on my Prius. The work completed in a timely manner. After I returned home I received a call from Chris in the service department. He explained someone had noticed an oil spot where my car was parked when I picked it up and drove home. He was concerned I told him I would return the car in the morning but he insisted on sending people from his team come and take the car back to the dealership. The came , cleaned the oil on my garage floor and took the car. Later that evening they returned my car, apologized for any inconvenience and had even thrown in a mini detail on my car.
