I was the first customer of the day and still took over 2 hours to get a simple oil change done. Plus to my surprise, they put a Germain Toyota dealership license plate frame over my front plate even though hours to get a simple oil change done. I didn't ask permission for this nor am I going to advertise for Germain Toyota! Everytime I go there it's always something else. I called around noon to see when my car would be ready to pick up I was told that my car was done and that it was in line to be cleaned. They then informed me that they would call me when my car was ready. Around 5 o’clock I called and ask about my car and they said I could pick it up. When I picked up my car it had not been cleaned and the numbers were still written on the front window. I picked up a dirty car which Makes it hard to see if there’s any dents or nicks in it. More
