Germain has always been fair with my issues, probably more than fair. I trust that they will take care of my vehicle as they would a best friend. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professio more than fair. I trust that they will take care of my vehicle as they would a best friend. Everyone I have come in contact with has been professional but friendly and try not to cause me to wait. My vehicles were purchased at Germain, serviced by Germain, in a couple of cases needed more than maintenance at Germain, and I plan to buy any future vehicles from Germain. As far as the cost goes, I always wish it was less but I've compared it among friends' dealers and it seems to be equivalent in most services and sometimes better. More

Called service department on a Thursday around 4:30 - 5 pm. All I requested was a callback to advise if I needed to schedule a service time or if I could drive in to have tire pressure warning checked. Hav pm. Show up for my oil change with several additional recommended services. I initially agreed to do the extra then immediately called back and said I did not want to do them.
