3 hours for an oil chang! It sat for 25 minutes before I asked about an eta and the papers had already been printed withthe time on it that'show I know it was 25 additional. I would have appreciated if me and my service dog didn't have to wait 3 hours. Don't get me wrong, I understand about being busy and getting behind because of unexpected issues. I get it and really love your place and the people but when my car is done, come me! More
My appointment for my oil change was at 1215 pm which is when I arrived. The man that assisted me told me that it would be an hour and a half wait which seemed excessive since I had an appointment. At 1:51p when I arrived. The man that assisted me told me that it would be an hour and a half wait which seemed excessive since I had an appointment. At 1:51pm I go out and ask the person closest if he could give me an update on my car. The man that initially helped me yelled down "I told her it would be an hour and a half", so clearly he heard me and could have addressed me. I replied that it had been over an hour and a half and he says "actually it's been an hour and twenty-three minutes". So I'm left waiting. At 2:14pm he comes in to tell me that they don't have the filter needed to do the oil change because "this is a Nissan dealership so we just don't keep those things on hand like that". He then asked did I want to wait even longer than the 2 hours I had been waiting. I didn't have time to wait. There was no offer to reschedule me, there was no apology for wasting 2 hours of my day. On top of that, I had to come back. This is not the first time I've experienced horrible customer service by this same man and I really wish I had never purchased the maintenance package so that I would never have to come back here. More
Have always taken my 4Runner to this dealership for service and repairs. Recently they fixed a fender bender I had. They did a great job. When I picked up the car it was spotless inside and out. The service was great! I’ve taken my 2014 Tacoma to Germain Service for everything from day 1. At 95K miles it’s still running great. I have always had a pleasurable experience at this dealership. My son Khalin Moore was a previous employee who prided himself on customer service. The customer service was good, yet I’m not sure if it’s your policy or not, however, I was surprised that my car was not vacuumed at my 10000 service appt. if I had any reason to bicker about anything, I would that my car was not vacuumed, nor did I have a seat cover or mat on my driver side. I will continue to do business with you, as my mother-in-law is in the market for an suv; she purchased her 2010 Prius from you in 2009. One another note, I love my Prius.
