Out of 4 years that I had my car serviced there, never have I had my car washed after it's been serviced!!! Some of the customers have had theirs washed after they have their cars serviced. I sometime hav have I had my car washed after it's been serviced!!! Some of the customers have had theirs washed after they have their cars serviced. I sometime have to ask for it and there are always excuses like: "it's out of service, something is not working right...etc". You are making alot of money out of us but cannot repair a simple washer!!? C'mon. Really disappointing. More

For the last two service appointments I've dropped my truck the night before, for a 7am scheduled service. Simply an oil change and tire rotation. I had to call 3 times yesterday at 1:30pm and each of those times I was put on hold then put through to a voicemail. (Simply to find out if my oil change had been completed and my truck was ready for pickup). If this was the first time it occurred, I could understand but this is the 2nd time in a row. I have been bringing my truck for service at Germain since 2014. It's pricey, $90 for oil change and tire rotation, but I always felt it was a good plan to take it to the same dealer for service. However, I'm rather frustrated with the service I've received the last two visits, especially give the price In paying. (Most of my frustration was being put on hold, no answer and turned over to a voicemail 3 times) If I have to answer the question about recommending Germain Service, based on my last two interactions, I honestly could not recommend them. While the service manager did call when my truck was completd and apologized for the delay, it was again moreover the frustration of not being able to speak to someone in service, simply to find out the status of my vehicle.
