Staff were very nice. Service took a long time for an oil change/tire rotation. I arrived at 7 am and the car wasn’t finished until almost 9 am. Same thing happened yesterday with another vehicle. We always have a good experience here. We bring all 3 cars here to get serviced even though 2 weren’t purchased here and one is not a Toyota. Everyone is always very friendly. I was highly dissatisfied. The car was supposed to be done at 12 and he didn’t call me until after 1. So I called to complain and they didn’t really care. I dropped off at 8 am it shouldn’t of taken 5 h done at 12 and he didn’t call me until after 1. So I called to complain and they didn’t really care. I came in with a coupon which amounted to no discount after the service. I asked the girl who rang me up and she said “added costs for service”. I didn’t have any added services. I will not go back for future service because this was the second time something like this has happened! If you are going to put coupons out you need to be more transparent and honor the discount. I came in for a recall repair on my Corolla. I have been to this service center before and although their work is good, they try to nickel & dime you into other minor repairs. In addition, they asked for my cell and email so they could reach me when the repair was finished. I brought it in the day before my actual appointment time since I was able. They never informed me that it was finished that evening before my 7 AM appointment time the next day. When I arrived to check on my car, they said it was all finished and had been since the night before and I said I never received a call. They stated that they had texted me and sent me an email. I never had any text or email regarding my car from Toyota. I’ve never known them to be good communicators at this service center. More
