First and foremost, I want to thank Brandon Dawson. He literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 ot literally saved my experience in the service department from being a 0/5. Extremely responsive and helpful. I won’t mention any other names, but 2 other people within the service department really need help with their customer service. From not responding to calls, to being told the one individual was gone for the day (then me showing up to the dealership and them being there). Repeatedly took my car there for a warranty issue. Was told if the issue happened again, stop in and they would check it out. I did this and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. All I will say is if you need to go here, go to Brandon Dawson! 5/5 service. Great customer service and extremely nice. More
All the staff was very polite. My 10,000 mile service only took about an hour to complete, which is exactly what they said it would take. Front brake replacement that was to take 90 min took 3 1/2 hours. I had to check in with the service rep and eventually the mgr. No initiative to check in with me. Made an early am appt for a tire rotation (per maintenance schedule) and a recall on my 2020 Tundra. I watched several people come in for service after me and finish before me. That was The Most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I received at Toyota Germain. They disrespected me as a person and as a client. Billy and his staffs didn’t respect my time at all. I felt insulted, they gave different diagnostics for the same car and they changed their diagnostics each time. I pay $600+ for a service that they didn’t do. They let my car opened never care about it. They communicate was so poor and full of leis. Billy and. Staffs promised to contact me for all that time they never, and when a finally have them they promise to call me back a specific time and they never did. I’m taking my car in a worse condition I brought it in. It’s a big shame for Toyota!!!! Even my information were not taking when I dropped my vehicle. They didn’t have my name or email, nothing. They didn’t care. Never they reached out to me for an update on my car. My car stayed there for 2months, I was the one calling without, never they even apologized after all. I have to warn they yesterday to finally have the bills. I was so bad that I went to Billy office and screamed at him. I was very humiliated and a human been and clients. I regretted bringing my car they. That would never happen. Now even the light doesn’t turn off. I’m a human being like all others clients. Just to let you guys know. More
I was disappointed that I made an appointment that was supposed to take about 60 mins but was actually 90 mins. The service guy told me that the cashier would explain my bill but she did not and barely spoke to me. I did purchase the “Care plan” that day which will hopefully save me money in the long run. Hopefully this was just an off day at the dealership. More
