Price way too high. I was told all my lug nuts needed replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.2 replacing. That's fine however the total cost for 24 lug nuts was going to cost me 250 dollars. That's ridiculous. Those exact lug nuts only cost 3.29 each. Also 35 dollars to rotate tires is also high and 20 dollars to change oil filter even though I brought in my own oil. At last the cost of 244.68 to replace a tire pressure sensor seems too high also. Tire centers do it for less than 100 dollars. Germaine also wanted 33.79 to change a 2 dollar bulb that's not hard to get to. Crazy. I don't think this dealer will get my business anymore and I'm telling all my friends to stay away. More

Brought my Mom’s car in for a detail. Went to pick it up the next day... paid ($279) to get the key, and found that the car seats hadn’t even been touched. Had to leave the car for another day. Called the next afternoon and no one seemed to know where my car was. They finally found it, untouched from the previous day so had to leave it yet another day to detail it correctly. Finally got it in a clean manner but still had a stale smell. I’ve used this service before and was very pleased. This time was sooo disappointing. Donna in the Service Dept was the only bright star during this ordeal. She took the time to personally locate my vehicle to get the service back on track. KUDOS TO DONNA!!
