This was my first time at Germain Toyota since I moved. All my previous service was very good at Zanesville Toyota for 18 years. I was very impressed with the service and atmosphere at Germain Toyota and my Highlander runs so much smoother after the fuel pump was replaced. Also, the 15,000 mile service was excellent and the service readout was the best I have ever seen. My service and recall service was great but it took a lot longer than I ever expected. My service rep Chris Curtis was wonderful and kept us updated. My appointment was at 10am and I didn’t leave with my van longer than I ever expected. My service rep Chris Curtis was wonderful and kept us updated.
