Germain Toyota of Columbus - Service Center

I was seated for more than 2hrs waiting for my car only for them to tell me they sent a msg to my phone waiting for inspection response, whiles I was seated right there. I have to wait for another hour and for them to tell me they sent a msg to my phone waiting for inspection response, whiles I was seated right there. I have to wait for another hour and 20mins for my car to my ready. The last time I was before this recent one, they got done with my car and left the car on and parked it outside for more than 3hrs. Till I went to ask were my car was. The guy has even forgotten he left my car on and parked outside. More
