I think all advisors offer a great customer service. My advisor these past couple of months, Christopher Curtis, was always professional. I did, and two weeks later I had to go back as one of my new tires got punctured by an animal bone! Good thing thad my new tires came with a 2-year road hazard guarantee so I just brought my vehicle to Germain Toyota. They got me a new tire at no cost, I only paid for the installation. I definetly recommend Germain Toyota. More

But he always listens to what I am asking and professionally he provides the explanation in a very detailed manner. Before what the technicians are going to do, he will come to the waiting room and explain what they found and what should be done in order to keep my car in a good condition. And he will explain to me what the cost will be. Since I have moved from Minnesota in July 2021, I met Chris when I came to the dealer and after that time it is always easy for me to bring my car for service and hand it over to Chris.
