Not real happy. They were fast talkers but not great listeners. Later found that much of what they said was not true with regards financing such as being able to include previous items such as Toyota pr listeners. Also after signing not a lot of followup on things like transferring my old plates to mt new car. Also promised many times by sales person Jackson touch up paint until after signing. After signing suddenly body shop closed and email inquiries left unanswered. Come to find he as well as finance manager not very truthful. Won't be purchasing another vehicle from them. More

Always going above and beyond I have bought several vehicles from Germain Toyota over the years. The since 2017 this is the 3rd vehicle we have bought. All of which we were looking for a vehicle with color and options that was hard to find in this area. All three cases they have traded with other dealers ships to get what we wanted. One case they had to go as far as New York state to get it for us. The last two vehicles we had the same salesman (Omar Jackson). He is always friendly and follows up frequently letting us know how the search is going. It has really been a pleasure working with him. I also worked with Tom Lambardo in Finance who was very friendly and helpful. Back in 2017 he was the salesman that sold me the last Highlander I bought. Having a familiar face to work with on the Finance side was also a plus. More
