Don’t ask for surveys unless you want real answers. Whether it was the service advisors, or the cashiers I spoke with, I would rate anywhere from rude to indifferent at best. The icing on the cake... Whether it was the service advisors, or the cashiers I spoke with, I would rate anywhere from rude to indifferent at best. The icing on the cake...I brought my vehicle in for warranty service. The employee told me he could hear the rattle I was concerned about when I first pulled the car in. After keeping the vehicle for an entire day and making me pay for a rental car, I was told that they could not duplicate the rattling noise from under the hood again? So...now I have my vehicle back and I’m still hearing the rattling noise. But wait there’s more. Since I drive the vehicle daily, it is now out of warranty. So all I really got out of the deal was a cool rental car that set me back $40. Do you even do anything with this information? More
