Since I recently moved Germain Toyota is much closer to me than the dealership I usually go to. I was very impressed that I was able to schedule an appointment within hours instead of waiting days or weeks me than the dealership I usually go to. I was referred by a friend to call Germain and ask for Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my ser Mo. I have been overdue for an oil change/service and she was able to get me in the same day. When I arrived I was greeted by Billy he told me my service would take about an hour. The service department was pretty busy but he kept up with me on what was going on with my car.
