Greg was extremely friendly and we would not hesitate at all to recommend Germain to everyone who may be interested in or ready to purchase a vehicle. We are conservative and frugal, not spendthrifts. We had researched data from reputable sources and interpolated future oil and gas cost trends. The mileage, over the top nav system and our prior excellent experience with our 2002 Toyota Echo made our decision much easier. My dealings with him were by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had! Tim went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and has called a few times since purchasing to make sure we were still happy. We also used the trade-in valuation tool on Germain's website (which was extremely helpful and ensured we received a fair price on our trade-in). The financing team was extremely professional, forthright, and spoke in plain English while providing us with possible financing solutions. Everything was explained thoroughly, and at no point during the process did we ever feel rushed (even though we helped close down the dealership at 10pm on a Friday night). I couldn't be more impressed with Tim Nielsen and the finance department at Germain Toyota. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More
I purchased a preowned Camry from Germain in May of this year. Shortly thereafter I heard a rattling noise whenever the car sat idle. I took my car into Germain's service area and confirmed it was coming year. Shortly thereafter I heard a rattling noise whenever the car sat idle. I took my car into Germain's service area and confirmed it was coming from the flex pipe in the exhaust system. The service department was unable to cover the part under warranty, so I discussed the matter with the sales person I worked with (Perry M.) and then also his manager (Greg K.). After some discussion, I was provided with a rental car while my Camry was repaired. The flex pipe was replaced and the noise is now gone. I would (and actually already have) referred someone looking for a preowned car to this dealership. More

The dealership is very nice. Me and my wife bought our first slightly used car from here. i noticed when we test drove it that it needed an alignment. Our salesman was Perry Myers and he assured me he would get an alignment on it before we took it home.Come to find out after calling the service deparment and noticing it was still pulling a little to the right an alignment had never been performed Mr. Myers just had them rotate and balance the tires figuring i wouldnt notice or didnt no what i was talking about. they did do an alignment on it luckily because it was on the "we owe you" worksheet. But do not trust that what Mr. Myers has said has been done actually was done. I wondered why he acted so funny when i asked for the service records for my records.Beware of Mr. Myers. More
