I was desperately in need of a new vehicle becuase the one I was using currently was on the verge of falling appart. He showed me a completely different car and I was even more satisfied with the Rav4 than any of my previous choices. Then I spoke with John Day who very calmly sold me the vehicle. I really appreciate that he was not overly ambitious about making a sale. I felt no pressure at all and he was very friendly. The dealership was already closed, but Greg White still took the time to show me the vehicle I wanted to purchase and went on a test drive that night. Greg was extremely helpful and the truck I wanted was not in stock. I talked to Greg multiple times a day for the next few days until he was able to find the vehicle I wanted in another city and was able to get it shipped in for me. There were several problems that came up in the meantime in getting this vehicle, which were all caused by the dealership where they were getting this vehicle, not Germain. Greg went above and beyond to resolve all of these issues and I could not have asked for anything better. I had not known Greg before this and after this experience, I would never buy a vehicle from another salesperson.
