Several years ago we had a bad experience with this dealership. We went there again and bought a 2010 Rav. John Micheal waited on us and we could not have asked for a better salesperson. I have dealt with this dealer since December 2003, when I purchased a 2004 Sienna. When I take my car in for maintenance, the service department does not try to manufacture additional problems that need r purchased a 2004 Sienna. In fact, when the care was 5 years old I had to insist that they install a new battery as their testing indicated that this was not necessary. Last week I purchased a new 2011 Sienna Limited as I wanted many of the features offered. Omar, the salesman, was very knowledgeable regarding the various features available. One complaint that I do have is with Toyota, not Omar. There are only a few option “packages” available for the limited, essentially variations on getting an entertainment (DVD) system with or without a navigation (GPS) system; I had zero interest in getting either of these. Omar advised me that the only choices available for the Sienna Limited was with Front Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive; the DVD and GPS came on all of Sienna Limited’s delivered in Central Ohio, wit ha price tag of approximately $4900. I inquired about custom ordering a 2011 Sienna Limited from the factory and Omar advised me that this was not possible. Not being a person who “shoots the messenger” and really wanting the Sienna Limited, I purchased one the cars available in the area. I hope that in the future Toyota does offer their cars with or without the “option packages” listed on their website (as long as the customer is willing to wait a reasonable time period to be assembled and delivered. I usually dread dealing with salesman, but Greg was down to earth and had no hidden agendas- he had the same goal as I did; for me to get a great car at a great price without any hassles. After visiting several dealerships and receiving quotes from all over the northeast and mid-west, not one dealership was able to match the level of service or price I was able to achieve with Germain. I couldn't have imagined a better sales process and experience than what I had with Greg. I requested a quote online from Germain's internet department and shortly after received a detailed quote and offer that was a true price out the door without any hidden fees or charges. After several emails and phone calls with Greg to clarify some of my questions and make sure everything was as it seemed, I wasn't the least bit hesitant to make a deposit. Since Germain had to do a dealer trade to get the exact vehicle I wanted, they weren't able to have it at their dealership that weekend as I had hoped (the other dealership was the problem). Since I live about 2 1/2 hours away, I wouldn't be able to get the car until the following weekend at the earliest. Instead of having to wait, they delivered the vehicle right to my house later that week in the evening after I had gotten home from work. The driver who delivered the vehicle (Karl) was excellent and presented me with all the paperwork I needed to sign and answered any questions I had during the process. Everything went extremely smooth and I was able to get the exact car I wanted without even meeting my salesman or visiting the dealership. I bought my car right before Christmas which gave me plenty of opportunity to discuss my purchase with family members. Everyone was blown away with how great Greg was and how easy the transaction went. I am still extremely impressed with Greg White, Germain Toyota, and of course my new car. I could go on and on with how happy I am with my experience and just want to finish by saying that anyone who hates car salesman and their high pressure tactics and wants a stress free and pleasant experience should definitely ask for Greg at Germain Toyota. Greg did a great job of showing us used cars available in the model type we wanted. Nothing appealed to us but he walked us over to new car area and we found the car that fit our needs.
