We just purchased our 5th Toyota from the Germain Toyota Dealership off of Scarborough Blvd. We went into this car buying process not wanting a Toyota, because we just wanted something different. However, as searched, we weren't happy with some of the other dealerships we had been to and decided to visit Germain. Greg White was our sales person and he's outstanding at his job. I've already recommended him twice to friends. He was so genuine, patient and extremely knowledgable about the cars we were considering. He made the sales part of the process very easy, which we were very apprehensive about - we don't like the negotiating part. Since buying our car, he has checked in with us a couple of times. We will definitely go back to him for our next car. More

The dealer makes empty promise just to get your commitment(business) but could not deliver the vehicle. If you are in the market for a new Toyota and is using zag.com/edmund.com or truecar.com they will quote you the lowest price but they could not deliver the car on time as promised. I get the promise of "If you sign up with me today at this $x, you will get your car today/tomorrow". Those are just empty promises. Such a disappointment and waste of my time. More
