We were looking for an old reliable car with low miles, in good condition (good on gas) for a nephew to get back and forth to work. We found one on the internet at Germain Toyota. We sent emails late one evening to a couple of dealerships and Greg Neutzling called the next morning. We went over to Columbus and bought the car. Greg has been great about making everything right. There were a couple of issues. One window did not work and the dome light did not work. Greg had those issues corrected in the cost of the car. He communicated with us regularly about the status of the repairs. He was courteous and responsive in getting the repairs taken care of. He followed up with a phone call after we brought the car home. More

I was very impressed by Omar with how he met my wishes in purchasing a 2011 Prius. He worked very hard in getting the right car. Asher also provided much needed information to complete the sale. Our sales consultant anwered an e-mail inquiry about the minivan we were interested in first thing in the morning--he was on top of it. We had decided to go into the dealership, so stopped him mid-sentence minivan we were interested in first thing in the morning--he was on top of it. Our 5 year old son went with us and he must have heard me say my son's name on the way in, because the sales consultant (Omar) called my son by name the rest of our time in the dealership--he was very sweet with him. We were able to test drive the minivan without a sales person, which was much appreciated. Omar was quick about the entire process, which we appreciated. We opted for increasing our Scotchguard, so I brought the vehicle back the following day and they gave me a different minivan to drive, so we didn't have to wait around. Again, much appreciated. He has called several times to make sure we aren't having any problems or if we have any questions. So far, so good--this is our first dealing with Toyota and we are very pleaseed at this point. More

I have been looking for a 2010 Toyota Prius with a specfic package and color for a long time. In scorrowing the internet I found what I aws looking for listed on Germain Toyota in Coloumbus Ohio usedc specfic package and color for a long time. Left a voice message to call me back. Within a short time I received a call from Greg Neutzling. He assured me the car was availabel to test drive and I should come on down. I live about 100 miles from Coloumbus and have a ill spouse. He said if I could not get there he would bring the car to me to look over and test drive. That was a very plesant suprize! After making arraingments to have a family member care for my wife, another family member took me to Coloumbus. Greg was scheduled to be off the day I could make it to Coloumbus. He asked me to call him on his personel phone and he would come in when I got there. That is what I call dedication! When I drove in to the dealership he was waiting for me! Explained the car to me,and arrainged a test drive. I knew I found the wright car and SALESPERSON immediately! Bought the car at a good price. Greg made feel very much at home. He called the next day to check and see how my drive home was and if there was anything else he could do! This is a great person to work with! Very happy Toyota Prius owner!!! More

My bank, USAA FSB has a car buying service and referred me to GERMAIN TOYOTA. From the very beginning when the Sales Consultant, Omar Jackson contacted me by phone he has gone out of his way to assist me me to GERMAIN TOYOTA. From the very beginning when the Sales Consultant, Omar Jackson contacted me by phone he has gone out of his way to assist me in getting the car I wanted. I wanted a red, XLE Camry with certain options and GERMAIN TOYOTA didn't have one, but Omar was able to get me the car I wanted from another dealership very quickly. Since the price of the car had already been determined before going into the dealtership there wasn't that pressure of trying to haggle to get a better deal. I had a trade in and felt I received a fair price for my trade-in. For the new Camry Omar took off the pin stripes and had the car ready to go rather quickly. Jeffrey Beam, the Business Manager was very laid back and I didn't feel the pressure to buy the extras. He did explain the extras to me and also the TOYOTA financing. I ended up financing my car through TOYOTA since it was a better interest rate than my bank had offered. I also bought the Auto Perfect 360 Complete package. I normally don't buy the extras but felt that it was workth the money to do so. As a former owner of 5 other Toyotas (3 of them being Camrys, 1 Solara, and 1 Celica) I know that TOYOTAS are a great car to own. The overall car buying experience at GERMAIN TOYOTA was pleasant and I will refer others to GERMAIN TOYOTA for a new/used car purchase. Once my coworkers and friends see my new car I am sure they will be making their way to GERMAIN TOYOTA. More
